All of our products are shipped from New South Wales, Australia via Pack and Send courier services express shipping.
We deliver to all parts of Australia, excluding Western Australia.
We deliver worldwide too, however, due to the varying regulations for each country, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check their country customs and regulations.
Sacred Honey is not held responsible or liable for any loss or returned items due to buyers’ negligence in this matter. So please check first before placing any orders.

Returns

To ensure the authenticity and safety of our products we do not issues returns. If, however, upon receiving your honey there is an issue, please get in touch with us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it as soon as humanly possible.
