Shipping policy

We only ship within Australia, excluding Western Australia.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package. 

We use express courier companies via pack and send auburn for delivery, which typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 for all orders within Australia.

We work with reliable express couriers to ensure your orders are delivered swiftly and securely.
